本关开始后虽然你的设施很齐全,但顾客光顾指数全被对方酒贺握灶店占领着.本关初期会有很多顾客前来勘察和用餐.建议开始大力改善你的酒店餐厅(更换高级桌椅,增加服务人员和合理安排好餐厅布局).等到顾客满意后基本上就会有入住的.不过麻烦也就来了.由于本关的条件因素,顾客基本上反映的问题都在娱乐休闲和设施的环境上(嫌公共卫生间不好的竟然占了70%).所以等一有顾客入住就应该尽快升级酒店所有的卫生间和各个娱乐场所(包括游戏室,桑拿室,计算机房等).等到发展到一定阶段你又会发现酒店的房间租用率很低.这是因为顾客对房间的要求不同.而且酒店的房间设施比较简陋.所以建议把酒店整个6层建成拥有3-4张床位的标准间.面向团体顾客.把酒店4层的空地建成2-3人的豪华间.把酒店5层的空地建成2人的经济间.对于4,5层已有的房间根据顾客的要求进行内部改造.至于房间内部设施的排列就要看各位的创意了.根据以上的安排,本关基本上很容易就通关了.
本关小提示:对顾客所提的意见和要求要尽快完成.加强娱乐实施的升级与管理.酒店的酒吧可以不重视.游泳池和桑拿室要及时升级.客房的内部设施要齐全。

本关开始一切的设施均有你决定.包括酒店的建设地,酒店的类型,店内的布置......所以本人把自己的建设方案拿来供大家参考.首先是酒店的选地.建议选择离威基基海滩最近的海景地.酒店类型则选择类型排列中的第三个.这种酒店的好处是外边带一个游泳池.至于内部安排一层为餐厅和酒吧.二层为娱乐设施和会议中心.3,4层为客房.最初建设是应尽量节俭.储存资金以便日后升级.好的.现在你的旅馆已经建好了.可以开张了.本关由于位处檀香山.所以顾客大多是游客.需要大力发展酒店的娱乐设施.游戏初期建设客房时应以标准间为基础.日后便于升级为豪华间和套房.建议保留4层的空地.到游戏中期建设成套房和总统套间.本关的客人意见大多在饮食和娱乐上.应该注意及时反馈客人所提出的意见.到了游戏中期资金发展充足的话可以在原酒店旁边最近的地方建立另一家酒店.以扩充酒店规模.另外由于酒店的面积有限.图书馆和计算机房基本上可以简化或省略.本关你的竞争对手对你的威胁不算大.只要你打好基础，可以尽情的发展(本人就在此关服务出7个满意度为100%的顾客).
本关小提示:客房的内部设施要不惜成本.顾客对这方面要求会很高.餐厅要大,服务人员要多.留意本关的突发事件.注意酒店工作人员的服务质量.桑拿和美容设施要好.游泳池就免了
第三章你的酒店缺乏机会

本关一开使你就会有固定的顾客群.但是意见却皮余一大堆.阅读一下能把你吓一跳.不过基本上还是很简单就能解决的.意见大都集中在客房的基础禅扮设施和酒店的灯光上.多花些钱去改造就可以很顺利的解决.游戏开始时你的酒店几乎没有娱乐设施.建议在5,6层建立娱乐场所和计算机房等.3,4层为客房.但4层对于本关的条件来说显得太高级.应全部改成标准间和经济间.1层的餐厅设计很不合理.建议从新设计,加大顾客用餐的占用面积.改造后直到游戏后期都不用再操心.另外游戏初期酒店的服务人员也不多.应该多在酒店各楼层配置相关的服务人员.酒店初期改造完毕后就可以做广告和制定相应的优惠政策，以便加大客源.到了游戏中期应大力发展团体客人.标准间里最好能容纳3-4张床.而且设施要齐全.这样一来可以很快占领市场份额,把对手击垮.
本关小提示:最好升级酒店所有的灯,灯的亮度加大.每月提出一项优惠政策,3个月做一次广告.客房的基础设施要高级.电视和计算机不可缺.套间和豪华间不要去考虑

本关真的是很艰难啊.条件苛刻不说,就连游戏初期的资金都少得可怜.本关的客人真是高贵得可以.就连好的标准间都不能满足他们(纽约人都是这样吗?).游戏初期建议把3,4层定为客房,全部为高级的标准间.5层建立娱乐设施和桑拿等.6层由于地方小,干脆建个游泳池.由于本关一开始酒店内的设施就较高级.可客人的要求更高级.所以要不惜成本地升级.资金不够的话可以向银行贷款(这个险不得不冒).本关要严密注意客人所提出的意见和要求,及时做出反馈.以提高客人的满意度.这样的话到了游戏中期就可以把标准间全部升级为豪华间(这是关键,关系到本关是否成功.).至于本关的奖励问题,可以在游戏初期大力升级2层的会议中心.顺利的话到了5个月后就可以获得杂志社的相关奖项.5个满意度为100%的顾客可以从客房的设施丰富中找出.另外值得一提的是本关连你的雇员也高贵.最好在游戏进行3个月后给他们及时加薪,免得服务质量降低.以上的要求都办到的话，本关就可以勉强通过了.个人觉得本关的难度很高.希望大家比我过的轻松:)

本关的目的是建立成全球知名的汽车旅馆来和对手的乡村小旅馆相抗衡.游戏初期会给你中国香港,日本东京,美国拉思维加斯,美国奥兰多,法国巴黎5个地方来选择.本人建议第一个旅馆选择中国香港,第二个选择日本东京.因为这两个地方对各方面的要求不高,而且地价也相对便宜，游戏的发展可以很有弹性。下面就来建设我们的第一个汽车旅馆：首先,地形选择中国香港与会议中心隔海的海洋山区景地来建设旅馆.旅馆类型选择第一个.汽车旅馆只要两层,面积也不大.所以安排要合理.一层以餐厅为主,剩下的面积建设娱乐设施和美容院.二层全部为客房.在游戏初期客房建为标准间,中期发展为豪华间.本关特别的是单身的客人的住宿标准60%要求是总统套房(在汽车旅馆里找总统套房,做梦呢.).两人和团体客要求不高，均为标准间或豪华间。所以客房的床位初期应该在2个，中期增加到4个。顾客提到的意见也大都和饮食娱乐有关，所以这方面要下本钱。客房的基础设施要高级,并且物品种类要多.上列要求都做到的话到了游戏的中期(7个月后),就可以有充足的资金来建立第二家汽车旅馆了.第二家汽车旅馆选择建立在日本东京.地点是皇宫正下方的那快空地.旅馆类型最好选择第二种.由于你已经有了上半年的资本和顾客支持率.所以在日本东京的汽车旅馆的客房建设均要以豪华间为基础.客房还是建设在旅馆的第二层.一层则主要以娱乐和温泉(日本人的特点)为主,再加上小规模的餐厅.服务人员要额外增加一名厨师,至于为什么你很快就明白了.在日本的旅馆入住的客人意见会很多.大都是有关客房里电视和计算机的.应提前做好准备.另外需要提到的是在香港的旅馆的娱乐设施建设要以台球为主.日本则以投镖为主。
本关小提示:客房内要有计算机和电视.而且档次要高.还要有VCD和游戏机.电影种类要多.日本东京旅馆内的温泉要大,餐厅可以从简.旅馆面积有限,要合理利用空间.

提供套装优惠和免费升等服务
身为经营者的玩家还有个很大的权利，就是提供折扣或是房间升等来增加顾客满意度，玩家可以在游戏当中提供额外的套装优惠，例如规划三天两夜的住宿优惠，并且附赠早餐和健身房使用券。设置这种服务的系统介面会自动计算最好的优惠价格和实际付出成本，玩家可以很轻易地评估要提供多少折扣才不会亏本。
当然想要成功经营事业，只窝在办公室里头指挥是不行的，玩家还必须观察顾客的行为，听取他们的心声才行。玩家可以使用跟随视角，观察每个顾客的行为，像是在酒吧里点了饮料却等还久还没送上来，顾客就会不耐烦地看手表，甚至会出现问号在头上，这时候玩家就可以选择要新增一些服务生，或是乾脆开除该名员工，换个人来做做看。
